Asta’s Ultimate Anime Gym: The Black Clover-Inspired Fitness Mecca

Imagine stepping into a gym where you harness the power of your inner demons and every corner is designed to push you beyond your limits. That’s exactly what I envisioned when I created an imaginary bodybuilding gym inspired by Asta from Black Clover.

The Ultimate Anime Gym for Anime Daddies and Buff Waifus

Asta’s gym wouldn’t just be a place to lift weights—it’d be a shrine for the strongest anime characters who embody the popular anime trope of never giving up. Picture Captain Yami and Mereoleona Vermillion (Black Clover), Mashle (Mashle: Magic and Muscles), Nanami (Jujutsu Kaisen), Benimaru (Fire Force), Ghislaine Dedolia (Jobless Reincarnation), Erza Scarlet (Fairytail), and Mirko (My Hero Academia) all pumping iron under one roof. Did I miss anyone?

Heavy Metal Design Influence

Pinterest did not fail me. I wanted every visual element of this imaginary brand to reflect the heavy metal aesthetic and Asta’s constant challenge of drawing power from Liebe, his literal inner demon, to do good.

🏋️ The spikes and waves in the logo design echo the raw energy of Asta’s Anti-Magic/Devil Union with Liebe.


🏋️ I spent a solid amount of time in the goth fonts section of Canva to find the perfect heavy-metal-inspired typography that embodies power, angst and intensity.


🏋️ The visuals aren’t just about aesthetics—reflect the underlying mental barriers gym-goers must overcome, like self-sabotaging, imposter syndrome and self-deprecation to reach new heights.


🏋️ And let’s not forget the Mana Mama logo, a tribute to all the muscle mommies out there who bring the heat to the gym. As a mom to one amazing little boy who struggled with her body image in the fourth trimester, this was a personal touch of mine that I think many gyms don’t communicate in their branding enough.

A Gym That Fuels the Anime Grind-set

Run Like Hell: A Run Club Inspired by Turbo Granny Okay, so Turbo Granny isn’t a magical girl. But we stan an active bystander—protecting young girls from pdfiles. Even if it meant taking a few dongs in the process. 🤗🍌 When I thought about what kind of brand Turbo Granny would front, I immediately thought RUN CLUB.
